This was for my older brother, the one who has obsessed over Pokemon since he was little :meow:
He had a sceptile named Grassy as his first ever pokemon and his first to reach level 100 so I drew that too :iconyaytigerplz:
He just got Ruby for the 3DS and as I expected, started with Treeko
