I haven't drawn a chibi completely digital in forever so it looks kinda bad plus I'm too lazy to do any shading right now

Well, this is Skye and I just thought of him today
He was the real leader of the rebellion that Gareth got framed for. Skye just likes chaos, and likes to create it even more. He's also very influential (as in everyone's afraid of him) so he usually gets what he wants.
He can shapeshift into animals and other mythical creatures, not other humans. He can change his color pattern if he wants, sometimes the one half of his hair/wings are black instead of dark brown. His favorite forms are a cat and a dragon (with the black/white color scheme).
He also likes to go down on the ground and terrorize the humans
